Welcome to Donna! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Donna, a fully opt-in WhatsApp-based reminder assistant operated by Billionaire Technologies. Donna only sends messages you have explicitly requested — we never send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages. By sending your first message to Donna, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Donna is a single-purpose, AI-powered reminder assistant that operates through WhatsApp. Its sole function is to help you create, manage, and receive reminders — nothing more. You send a message describing what you want to be reminded about, and Donna sends you a reminder at the time you specified. The service supports text messages, voice notes, and images.
Donna is not a general-purpose chatbot or open-domain AI assistant. It does not answer arbitrary questions, provide advice, generate content, or serve as a conversational companion. In accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Donna is designed exclusively as a structured business tool for a specific function: scheduling and delivering reminders you request.
Donna is a fully opt-in service. All messaging is user-initiated — you must send a message to Donna first to begin receiving any communication. By sending your first message, you consent to receive:
We will never send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages. Every message Donna sends is in direct response to your actions or requests. We do not share your phone number with third parties for messaging purposes.
You can stop all messages from Donna at any time by:
Once you opt out, we will immediately stop sending all messages and delete your pending reminders. You can opt back in at any time by sending a new message to Donna.
You are in full control of how many messages you receive. Donna only sends messages that you have requested. The frequency depends entirely on how many reminders you set. You will receive:
There are no subscription messages, daily digests, or scheduled broadcasts. If you set zero reminders, you receive zero messages.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Donna. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your phone number and for maintaining the security of your device.

We strive to keep Donna available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Important: Do not rely on Donna for critical, time-sensitive, life-safety, or medical reminders. We are not responsible for missed or delayed reminders or any consequences that may result.
Donna uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

Donna, including its name, logo, software, and all related content, is owned by Billionaire Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you send to us.

Donna is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Billionaire Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Billionaire Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Donna at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by sending "stop", blocking our WhatsApp number, or emailing contact@remindmedonna.com. When you opt out or terminate your account, all your pending reminders will be deleted and no further messages will be sent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Donna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
