Donna is a WhatsApp-based reminder assistant operated by Billionaire Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Consent & Opt-In

Donna is a fully opt-in service. By sending your first message to Donna on WhatsApp, you consent to receive messages from us, including:

• Reminders — Notifications you have explicitly requested at times you specified.
• Follow-ups — Re-delivery of reminders you have not yet acknowledged.
• Service messages — Responses to your messages and account-related updates.

We will never send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages. Every message Donna sends is in direct response to your actions or requests.

2. How to Opt Out

You can stop all messages from Donna at any time by:

• Sending "stop" to Donna on WhatsApp.
• Blocking Donna's WhatsApp number on your device.
• Emailing us at contact@remindmedonna.com with your phone number.

Once you opt out, we will immediately stop sending all messages and delete your pending reminders.

3. Information We Collect

When you use Donna, we collect the following information:

• Phone Number — Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify your account and send messages.
• Messages — The reminder messages you send us, including text, voice notes, and images.
• Reminder Data — The tasks, dates, and times you set for your reminders.
• Conversation History — Recent messages to provide context-aware responses.
• Timezone — Auto-detected from your phone number's country code to deliver reminders at the correct local time.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Donna service:

• Create, store, and deliver your reminders at the scheduled times you requested.
• Process your messages using AI to understand reminder details.
• Maintain conversation context for more accurate responses.
• Improve our service and resolve technical issues.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the reminder service.

5. Message Frequency

Donna only sends messages that you have requested. The frequency depends entirely on how many reminders you set. You will receive:

• One message per reminder at the time you specified.
• Up to 5 follow-up messages if you don't acknowledge a reminder (spaced 2 hours apart).
• Confirmation messages when you create, complete, or snooze reminders.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain your active reminders while you use the service. Completed reminders are automatically deleted after 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Donna:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta) — For sending and receiving messages, governed by Meta's terms.
• AI Processing Services — To understand your messages and extract reminder information. Messages are processed but not stored by these services.
• Cloud Infrastructure — To host our servers and securely store data.

These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service providers necessary to operate Donna (as listed above).
• Legal authorities when required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — Request a copy of your data by messaging us or emailing contact@remindmedonna.com.
• Deletion — Request deletion of all your data by sending "delete my data" to Donna or emailing us.
• Opt-out — Stop all messages at any time by sending "stop" or blocking our number.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data by contacting us.

10. Children's Privacy

Donna is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp message. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
